Q: Do you ship plants and hard goods?

A: Not at the moment, but it is in the works! Stay tuned for May 2022. 

Q: Do you have a selection of rare or harder-to-find plants? What about fresh-cut flowers?

A: Every now and then we get something unique on our bi-weekly plant trucks. Follow our Instagram to stay up-to-date on our plant selection! We do not offer fresh-cut flowers in-store, but we have plenty of potted Texas natives, annuals, and perennials Spring-Fall. If you are looking for cut flowers, we recommend DIRT around the corner from Oasis. 

Q: Do you offer work shops and classes?

A: Absolutely! We are trying to host workshops & events at least once a month or every other month. Check out our Event Page to see what is upcoming at Oasis!

Q: Can I bring in my plant to be re-potted or looked at?

A: Big yes. We offer re-potting services with a planting and soil fee ranging from $5-$20 depending on the size of the plant. Our shop girls can also offer advice and to examine your plant, if problems are arising. If your plant is too large to transport, we can come straight to you! If you need to schedule a one-time house call, please fill out this form and a plant technician will be in contact. 

Q: Do you offer wholesale services? 

A: Yes we do. We offer a 20% wholesale discount for qualified businesses. If you are interested in wholesale services, please reach out to oasisplantshop@gmail.com or stop by Oasis. 

Q: Are you hiring?

A: Not right now. You are more than welcome to email your resume to keep on file. However, plant knowledge and customer service experience are a must! We are always looking to expand Oasis, so hiring opportunities are sure to happen. Thanks for your interest!

Q: What is your return policy?

All plant sales are final. Customers have two weeks to return hard goods and pottery for an exchange or store-credit. If you are having trouble with a plant, please stop into the shop or email our lovely manager, Ashleigh, to discuss further plants@oasisplantshop.com.
