Shipping Policies
Due to size & shipping costs, we will only ship 4" and 6" plants. We do not offer shipping for wholesale services.
We package and ship every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. If you need delivery on a specific day, please email us and we can work something out. Plants will ship in their nursery pot with utmost care and protection.
We ship through UPS with the options of UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air. We do not offer shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, and California, and do not ship internationally.
All plant sales are final upon shipping date and we are not responsible for any shipping delays once arrived at the postal office. We will accept returns for unused hard goods and pottery, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
If you have any concerns about the condition of your plant upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos and description of damage. Email admin@oasisplantshop.com.
